Quality Policy
Our motto: "Whatever you do, do your work heartily,
                        as for the Lord rather than for men,
                        for then you will make your way prosperous.".
Major target:
  • Prosperity of people on the Earth;
  • Prosperity of our Customers;
  • Prosperity of our Suppliers who provide us with materials, components, and resources;
  • Prosperity of our Representatives, prosperity of our Employees and their families;
  • Prosperity because of ever-increasing number of our equipment operated by the Customers for the benefit of the whole society.
Tasks for meeting the target:
  • Make a single body of our Customers, Suppliers, Representatives, and Employees related not like partners but like Friends;
  • Have as many Friends as possible in different parts of the world;
  • Know about your Friends’ cares and make all things possible to get rid of these problems;
  • Be aware and make your Neighbour the most valuable and dear person - not an abstract person but the person who is close to you and who you can touch with your hand;
  • Let other people praise us - other tongues, not ours. This is our image. A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold. Let us not glory in our wisdom, or in our might, or in our riches. But let us glory in this, that we understand and know the Lord’s ways destined for us.
Principles for fulfilling these tasks:
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness. Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.
  • Loyalty.Be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which God the Lord commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest;
  • Optimisation of labour and rest. Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day [on Sabbath] thou shalt rest: that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed. In earing time and in harvest thou shalt rest;
  • Perfection. Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. If a man thinks that he is already perfect, he deceives himself, because such thoughts prove that he is nothing;
  • Environmental awareness. We are blessed by the Lord Who created the Earth for living. And God said unto the sons of man, subdue the earth, and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth, and over all the earth. But remember: His time will come to judge, and destroy them which destroy the earth;
  • Thrift. He that is slothful in his work is brother to him that is a great waster. See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil;
  • Better quality. In good labour there is profit: in bad labour there is loss;
  • Social orientation. In the multitude of people is the company’s honour: but in the want of people is the destruction. Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction;
  • Technical development. Where no oxen are, the crib is clean: but much increase is by the strength of the ox;
  • Technical safety. When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thine house, if any man fall from thence;
  • Dynamism.Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain;
  • Friendliness. A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly. Cast out the scorner, and contention shall go out; yea, strife and reproach shall cease;
  • Diligence. He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. He that tilleth his land shall have plenty of bread: but he that followeth after vain persons shall have poverty enough. Be diligent in your work;
  • Honesty. The wicked business a deceitful work: but to him that soweth righteousness shall be a sure reward. Divers weights, and divers measures, both of them are alike abomination to the Lord;
  • Psychological comfort. A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken. A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones;
  • Team spirit. Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken;
  • Interaction. Every purpose is established by counsel: and with good advice make business. For by wise counsel thou shalt make thy business: and in multitude of counsellors there is safety;
  • Strive for knowledge. So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding; Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path. When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul; Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee;
  • Discipline. Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil;
  • Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. If the spirit of the ruler rise up against thee, leave not thy place; for yielding pacifieth great offences. As a bird that wandereth from her nest, so is a man that wandereth from his place. Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise;
  • Firmness of purpose. Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof.
Summary: "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth,that shall he also reap.
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
